  • CARLA MARTINESI

    Founder & CEO

    Mixed Swiss/Chinese and raised in Switzerland, Carla grew up in the mountains and fell in love with nature.

    Before founding CHOMP, Carla worked in various F&B roles from banqueting to restaurants to the kitchen and attended EHL and Glion for her Hospitality Bachelor. She’s committed her future to protecting the planet using her knowledge of what she loves, food.

  • SARIANA MARTINESI

    Operations Lead

    Half Swiss, half Chinese, Sariana has a background in Computer Science and graduated from BIMM Berlin with a Bachelor's in Professional Musicianship: Guitar. Younger sibling of Carla, Sariana is CHOMP's Operations Lead, dealing with all things tech and otherwise.

    Sustainability Copywriter & Social Media Content Advisor

    Passionate about conservation, Karen had spent the past 5 and a half years living in the South African bush. After dedicating her time in research and education in the sustainable tourism field, Karen wishes to apply her knowledge into new ventures.

    Sales Specialist

    With a master’s in development studies specialising in climate adaptation and environmental policy, Alexandra's mission is to speak power to environmental justice as a human rights issue. Vegan since the age of 12 with a keen interest in social enterprise, Alex is passionate about learning how grassroots solutions like CHOMP can bridge inequality gaps in urban environments.
