CARLA MARTINESI
Founder & CEO
Half Swiss, half Chinese, Carla was born in Hong Kong but spent much of her childhood growing up in the Swiss Mountains, which is where she fell in love with nature.
Before founding CHOMP, Carla worked in various F&B roles spanning banqueting, restaurants and kitchen. She attended EHL and Glion for her Hospitality Bachelor. She’s committed her future to protecting the planet using her knowledge of what she loves, food.

SARIANA MARTINESI
Operations Lead
Sariana has a background in Computer Science and graduated from BIMM Berlin with a Bachelor's in Professional Musicianship: Guitar. The younger sibling of Carla, Sariana is CHOMP's Operations Lead, dealing with all things tech, operations and more.

LEANNE MULLINEUX
Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager
Originally from the UK, Leanne has been in Hong Kong for over 6 years. She has over 10 years of PR & Marketing experience and is particularly passionate about the F&B and Hospitality sectors. Now in a combined Sales & Marketing role for CHOMP, she looks forward to raising awareness for CHOMP’s mission and making Hong Kong’s F&B landscape more sustainable. Leanne graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in International Business.

YIKKI LEE
Yikki Lee has over 8 years of experience in PR, communications, and social media, specialising in brand management within the retail and luxury sectors. She finds CHOMP inspiring, and in her combined Sales & Marketing role, Yikki looks forward to raising awareness for its mission to make Hong Kong’s F&B landscape more sustainable. By leveraging creative marketing strategies, she aims to enhance brand presence and foster stronger community engagement in Hong Kong's dynamic market.

KASEY FAJARDO
Kasey brings a strong foundation in operations, customer support, and administrative management to her role at CHOMP. Having supported fast-paced teams across e-commerce, wellness, and service-based businesses, she focuses on helping day-to-day processes run smoothly so the team can work more effectively.
Inspired by CHOMP’s mission to reduce food waste and encourage sustainable habits, Kasey is grateful for the opportunity to contribute behind the scenes. She aims to keep systems organised and communication clear, supporting the team’s efforts to create meaningful change within Hong Kong’s F&B community.
