No, you’ll only find surplus food on the app. That’s perfectly edible, unsold food that’s left at the end of the day!

When we onboard every store, we check their Food & Hygiene license so it’s up to date. We also do regular Mystery Shopping to test our vendors!

Food surplus is unpredictable and each store is different, they’re the ones that decide when they’re ready to sell their leftovers.

Sometimes! Depends on the store if they’d like to list every item or call it a Mystery Box.

Unfortunately, depending on the shelf life, it might be reposted again the next day or thrown away.

As long as the payment went through and you’ve received your Mystery Box, there’s no other action to be taken. Enjoy your rescued food!
