FAQ

  • Any/all foods that are (1) still edible on that day or have (2) a short shelf life and will expire soon.

  • Any partially eaten foods or foods that have been served to a previous customer. Any expired dated foods, however Best Before dated items after three (3) months.

  • Remember, when dealing with food waste, you can’t be picky. It is at your store’s discretion to handle any/all requests from customers if they are not satisfied with the items found in the Mystery Box.

  • Yes, you will receive a series of push notifications to remind you once an order has been received and when the pickup time has begun.
